VHSO to Host Drive-Thru and Walk-In Veteran COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics

Greetings Veterans and Stakeholders,
VHSO will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccine drive-thru clinic at the Fayetteville campus on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 thru Friday, March 12, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. daily in the Primary Care entrance area. Veterans are required to present their VA ID card for verification. Unscheduled Veterans are accepted within the priority groups listed below as vaccine supplies permit.
VHSO will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccine walk-in clinic at the Fayetteville campus on Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Building 21 Lab area. Veterans are required to present their VA ID card for verification. Unscheduled Veterans are accepted within the priority groups listed below as vaccine supplies permit.
The drive-thru and walk-in clinics are for VHSO enrolled Veterans who get their care at Fayetteville or any of its CBOCs, who are not currently scheduled to receive the vaccine, who are 40 years of age or older, or those on dialysis, undergoing chemotherapy, have had a transplant, and/or are homeless, or Veterans who are also essential workers (18-older) such as firefighters, police officer, teachers, etc. Proof of being an essential worker plus Veteran ID is required.
Veterans should not present for the COVID-19 vaccine if they have had any immunization within the last 14 days or are having COVID-19 symptoms.
