WHO:

Walla Walla VA enrolled Veterans OF ALL AGES
from any clinic areas wanting to be vaccinated
(Walla Walla, Richland, Yakima, Lewiston, La Grande, 
Enterprise, and Boardman)

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

  1. Veterans MUST call to schedule an appointment (no walk-ins accepted). Call 509.525.5200, then dial "2" and "2" (or ask for the Call Center).
  2. Please print out the documents at THIS LINK, complete the information on the first page, and bring the paperwork with you to your scheduled appointment.
  3. Be sure you and any caregiver who may accompany you wears an approved mask at all times (click here for mask details at CDC's website). (Note masks with vents are not allowed.)
  4. Please follow all directional signs when entering the facility, park your vehicle where instructed, and proceed to Bldg. 143 to check-in/preliminary screening.
