COVID-19 vaccines at Butler VA
Enrolled Veterans call today to schedule your COVID-19 vaccine appointment at the Butler VA
The Butler VA Health Care System continues to offer and administer the COVID-19 vaccine as quickly as possible to VA employees and Veterans who are eligible and enrolled for care at VA and who meet current CDC guidelines.
We are currently seeking Veterans enrolled in the Butler VA in the priority group 65 and older category who would like to receive the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine. This is a two vaccination process.
If you, and/or another Veteran you know who is enrolled in the Butler VA and who is 65 and older, are interested in receiving the vaccine please call our call center at 878-271-6753 for more information and to schedule an appointment.
COVID screening and safety protocols are in effect at all Butler VA Health Care facilities.

3) Mail your completed application and a copy of your DD-214 to:
