This is a message from Tampa VA/James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital & Clinics. Based on a review of your records, you are eligible to receive the COVID-19 Vaccine. Please arrive TODAY, FEB. 25 BEFORE 3 p.m. to get the vaccine at a Drive-Through Clinic at our Freedom Parking Lot adjacent to the Tampa VA Main Hospital campus. Vaccine is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please arrive as soon as possible.
Report to the Freedom Parking Lot, which is one block south of the Wawa Gas Station at 2325 E. Fletcher Ave. Tampa, FL 33612. See map:
- Please note that you must not have received any other vaccination in the past 14 days.
- If you already have an appointment scheduled for the COVID-19 vaccine, please disregard this message.
- Do not report to the Main Hospital. The Drive-Though Vaccine Clinic is in an offsite parking lot adjacent to the Main Hospital.
