To maximize scheduling COVID-19 vaccinations, Syracuse VA has established a NEW COVID-19 vaccination appointment scheduling call center.
Enrolled Veterans age 65 or older or Veterans age 18 or older with high risk health conditions, can call (315) 425-4488, seven days a week between 8 am and 4 pm daily to schedule a first dose vaccination.
Syracuse VA has changed the scheduling process to better reach the nearly 50,000 enrolled Veterans in our 14-county catchment area stretching from Massena to Binghamton and Utica/Rome to Auburn. We are working as quickly and as safely as possible to vaccinate all enrolled Veterans who want a vaccination.
