VA Manchester continues to take pride in being your provider of choice.
We are reaching out to ensure you are offered a Moderna COVID- 19 Vaccine. If you have not received your first dose and are not scheduled to receive it in the future, please call us now and ask to schedule your vaccine appointment 800-892-8384 Ext. 3199.
Our records indicate you are VA eligible for the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. Currently, we are providing the vaccine to enrolled Veterans who are 75 years old or older, homeless, transplant, hemodialysis, spinal cord injury and chemotherapy patients.
Caregivers enrolled in VA’s Caregiver Support Program are also eligible for the COVID-19 vaccination at VA Manchester when the Veteran in their care is aligned with the current eligibility. The Veteran must be with the caregiver for vaccination.
IMPORTANT: Please note 1st and 2nd dose vaccines must be given at the same location to support safety and continuity of care. (For example, if you got your 1st dose at VA Manchester you cannot get the 2nd dose at another VA or in the community.)
