Communication is key during times like this!
We have 2 things to share today.
- Information on our COVID-19 vaccination distribution plan. (See the end of this message for an invite to our Virtual Veterans' Town Hall Meeting.)
- Stay informed about your health using your My HealtheVet, VA’s patient portal.
- If you are unsure if you have a My HealtheVet account, you can call 877-327-0022 from 8a-8p M-F to check.
- If you have not set up a My HealtheVet Account yet, you can do so from the comfort of your own home by registering at www.myhealth.va.gov
- If you have an account but have a letter (B) or (A) next to your name when you log in. you are due for a free upgrade to Premium (P). Contact (877) 327-0022 to do this on-line or Karen at (475) 224-6516 to upgrade via video chat.
- Many (P) Premium Account holders have used the email-type SECURE MESSAGING feature in the My HealtheVet patient portal to ask about the availability of the COVID-19 vaccine. We have another way to get that information to you by our Virtual Veterans' Town Hall.
