Veterans Health Administration sent this bulletin at 01/06/2021 10:11 AM ESTWe are excited to share that the VA Providence Healthcare System began providing COVID-19 vaccinations for Veteran patients this morning, Jan. 6, 2020. We have a regular supply of vaccine arriving and anticipate this to continue.
We have a dedicated team that is actively contacting our patients who are at highest risk of severe illness from COVID-19 to schedule their vaccination appointments. We look forward to offering free COVID-19 vaccination to all enrolled Veterans who want it as soon as sufficient supply is available.
There is no need to preregister, call for an appointment or come to a facility to sign up. We will contact Veterans directly to schedule their COVID-19 vaccination appointments.
Please feel free to share with your fellow Veterans.
