Dear School Certifying Official,

As a reminder, hard-copy paper or PDF enrollment certifications will no longer be accepted starting on July 1, 2023, with a 30-day grace period to avoid impacting Veterans benefits. Enrollment Manager is the required system for certifying and submitting enrollments. The new system is here to make your job easier and improve the delivery time for benefits payments for your GI Bill® students. Please log in to Enrollment Manager today at https://iam.education.va.gov/ to submit enrollment certifications and refer to the SCO Enrollment Manager User Guide for login directions.
