BTQAD Successfully Concludes Super User Testing
The FMBT program is pleased to announce the successful wrap-up of Super User Testing across the VA. The testing events, which were hosted by the VA Business Testing Quality Assurance Division (BTQAD), took place throughout the month of August. A total of 365 test scripts were executed with a 90 percent acceptance rating, and a Quality Assurance Scripting Team will be formed to further improve future testing scripts. With the iFAMS rollout less than a year away, the input from these Super Users has a key role in preparing for NCA’s go-live, ultimately improving the user experience for those who serve the Veteran.

The next Familiarization Session is on October 29 and will cover Reports. These monthly web-based Familiarization Sessions, conducted by the FMBT Training Team, demonstrate the basics and functionality of the new iFAMS system. Each session covers a different aspect of iFAMS, like “iFAMS Forms vs. Documents,” or “Commitment Accounting.”
In addition to future sessions, you can also access all the recordings and materials from past sessions. To sign up for future sessions or view past sessions, visit the VA Pulse FMBT Training page. For more information about iFAMS Familiarization sessions contact the FMBT Training Team.
