Amendment of the Democratic Republic of the Congo Sanctions Regulations

The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is issuing an amendment to the Democratic Republic of the Congo Sanctions Regulations, 31 C.F.R. part 547, to implement Executive Order 13671, as well to make other technical and conforming changes. This regulatory amendment is currently available for public inspection with the Federal Register and will take effect upon publication in the Federal Register on Thursday, November 15, 2018.
