Announcement: 2015 Payments at a Glance Now Available

The Social Security Administration recently released 2015 payment amounts, which include the average monthly benefit for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) beneficiaries, the monthly earnings that will be used to determine Trial Work (TW) and Substantial Gainful Activity (SGA), and the Ticket payment rates for Employment Networks (EN). Now this important information is available in the attached 2015 Payments at a Glance document.

In addition to the EN payment rates, of particular interest to ENs is the annual earnings increases for SGA and TW, which are listed below.

  • The SGA amount for 2015 is $1,090 for beneficiaries with disabilities other than blindness and $1,820 for beneficiaries who are blind or visually impaired.
  • The TW amount for 2015 is $780 a month.
