Update: Learning Aids for Creating a my SSA Account Now Available

As previously mentioned, one requirement for accessing the upcoming new Ticket Portal – which will replace the current Secure Provider Portal in 2015 – is the creation of a my SSA Account with extra security.

There are several nuances to creating an account and adding the extra security with which users may need additional support.

For this reason the Operations Support Manager is releasing the three videos below to guide you through the initial creation of an account and adding the extra security.
