Reminder: Annual Performance Outcome Report (APOR) Deadline is TODAY!
Social Security Administration sent this bulletin at 02/14/2014 08:03 AM ESTToday, February 14, 2014, is the last day to complete and submit the Annual Performance Outcome Report (APOR) for the 2013 performance year.
The Operations Support Manager (OSM) is making it easier than ever for Employment Network service providers to complete the APOR.
Service providers are required to complete the APOR as part of their agreement with the Social Security Administration to provide services for the Ticket to Work program. Some of the data provided will be used to populate the EN Report Card for 2013.

Failure to submit a completed APOR in a timely manner will be considered a violation of your agreement with Social Security and could lead to contract action, including sanctions and termination. Timely response also ensures that your agency's data is displayed correctly in the EN Profile section of the Find Help Directory.
