Social Security Administration sent this bulletin at 02/19/2021 10:07 AM ESTDue to severe winter weather at our location in south Texas, the Ticket to Work Help Line will be unavailable on Friday, February 19, 2021. Responses to emails sent to support@choosework.ssa.gov will also be delayed due to the outage.
If you receive questions from Ticketholders about the Help Line closure, please let them know we will resume services as soon as possible and encourage them to visit choosework.ssa.gov.
