Phase 1 Milestone 4 now available via ePay

In an effort to make Employment Network (EN) payments more timely, the Social Security Administration is making Phase 1 Milestone 4 payments available to ENs via ePay. ENs will no longer have to submit a payment request for Phase 1 Milestone 4 via the Portal in order to receive payment.

ENs are still required to submit Phase 1 Milestones 1-3 via the Portal and fax in Proof of Relationship (PoR) in the form of paystubs or a completed PoR form, immediately after submitting the payment request in order to receive payment. ENs are eligible to receive Phase 1 Milestone 4 as an additional payment after requesting Phase 1 Milestone 3 as long as there are sufficient earnings and all payment criteria are met.
