Ticket to Work Text Message Campaign Launches Today!

Text Message Campaign Announcement

Social Security’s Ticket to Work (Ticket) Program Text Messaging Campaign is a nationwide campaign to inform the public about the Ticket to Work program and certain features of the program, such as the availability of the Choose Work website, the Ticket to Work Help Line, monthly Work Incentive Seminar Event (WISE) webinars and more.

Social Security’s Ticket Program Manager (TPM) will deploy messages by text (SMS/MMS) to people who have opted in to the campaign and granted Social Security permission to send text messages to them.

People interested in receiving text messages from the Ticket program can text TICKET to 474747. Standard messaging rates may apply and people can opt out at any time.

How you can help

The texts will include advice, encouragement and stories about people who achieved financial independence with the help of Social Security’s Ticket to Work program. TPM will send updates from the Choose Work! Blog, identify next steps on the path to employment and more. We’ll also promote the services YOU provide as a Ticket program service provider.

You can help us share this important information with Ticketholders by posting on your social media accounts. We’ve provided some sample messages below.
