As a service provider, you know that many Ticketholders have questions about how work will affect their benefits. Today, we published a new resource that will help Ticketholders understand a service you may offer — benefits counseling.
This resource explains benefits counseling and encourages Ticketholders to connect with a Benefits Counselor. Benefits Counselors can help alleviate fears and dispel myths about work and benefits. They’re often the first step for Ticketholders and we want to make sure Ticketholders understand this valuable service that many of you provide. We ask you to share this resource with the people who need it.
Here are some sample posts that you may use as models when developing your posts, or you can share them directly from our Facebook and Twitter accounts.
