Updated Services and Supports Review Processes
Social Security Administration sent this bulletin at 06/29/2020 03:05 PM EDTPer the message sent to all Employment Networks (ENs) on Friday, June 5, 2020, ENs are not permitted to send personally identifiable information (PII) via email to Social Security or the Ticket Program Manager (TPM) effective July 1, 2020.
In order to streamline processes, we will implement a new platform, Government-to-Government Services Online (GSO), to conduct your EN’s annual Services and Supports Reviews. We will use this platform to send and receive all documentation related to the Services and Supports Reviews. Your EN is required to create GSO accounts in preparation for your next review. Program Integrity (PI) will contact your EN 2 months prior to your review to collect information to create your account. The PI team will guide your EN through the process in preparation for your review. It should be noted that GSO is permitted for Services and Supports Reviews only. If your EN needs to submit PII to Social Security or TPM, ENs must use any of the methods noted below:
- Email: work case (WC) number to ENPaymentsHelp@yourtickettowork.ssa.gov
- Fax: 703.893.4020
- Mail: P.O. Box 1433, Alexandria, VA 22313
- Call the Payments Help Desk: 1.866.949.9687 (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST)
TPM will route all faxes and mail to the correct department. Please allow extra time for processing.
IMPORTANT NOTES
ENs submitting information that is required for a pending payment must use the Ticket Portal to create an additional fax cover sheet to ensure that the documentation attaches to your payment request.
Best practices for faxing or mailing PII to TPM:
- Always use a cover sheet.
- Include your EN name and DUNs number on the cover sheet.
- Include the subject and department, for example: “Program Integrity – Services and Supports Review”.
- Organize your documents so that all documents pertaining to one SSN are grouped together.
- If faxing, always print a confirmation sheet in case there are faxing issues.
Please send any questions regarding the use of GSO for your EN’s next Services and Supports Review to ProgramIntegrity@yourtickettowork.ssa.gov.
