Enhancements Made to Find Help Tool

Social Security is pleased to announce that the Find Help tool has been enhanced to provide “click to call” functionality, map links for addresses, updated WIPA and PABSS profile information, and indicators for Employment Networks (EN) and State Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) agencies participating in Partnership Plus collaboration.

  • Click to Call: The main and toll-free phone numbers listed in Service Provider profiles are now “click to call” on mobile phones, making it easier for users to quickly reach ENs and minimizing the chance of ENs losing leads as a result of misdialed numbers.
  • Map Links: The primary address for each office location is now hyperlinked through Google Maps. This allows users to access a map and directions to an organization’s primary address.
  • WIPA and PABSS Profiles: The WIPA and PABSS profiles have been updated to display information about the specific services provided in a format consistent with the previously updated EN and State VR agency profiles.
  • Partnership Plus indicators: There is now a “P+” label identifying organizations that engage in Partnership Plus collaboration.

If you need to make changes to your organization’s addresses or phone numbers, please contact ENService@ssa.gov. If your organization actively collaborates with a State VR agency to serve Ticketholders or has a Partnership Plus agreement, please check to ensure that a P+ is being displayed on your Find Help listing. If not, contact ENOperations@yourtickettowork.ssa.gov.
