Reminder: Deadline for Submitting Annual Security Awareness Training certification

The deadline for submitting the annual Security Awareness Training certification is February 28, 2018. New this year, all Employment Network (EN) staff are required to complete the Security Awareness Training using the Addendum form (attached). Failure to complete the form by the deadline will block Ticket Portal access, result in a hold being placed on your EN and possible termination of your Ticket Program Agreement.

All EN Ticket to Work point of contacts must submit the Addendum form to enservice@ssag.gov. You must also sign and keep a copy of the individual form SSA-222 at your EN location. You do not need to submit both forms.

Please review and adhere to the following submission requirements:

  • Remember to include your DUNS in the Subject line of your email to enservice@ssa.gov.
  • The Addendum can only be signed by the  Signatory Authority or Suitability Signatures will not be accepted by other contacts.
  • Submit only the Security Awareness Addendum form to enservice@ssa.gov. Do not submit the individual form SSA-222 unless you are a one-person EN with  no other TTW point of contacts or employees.
  • All TTW point of contacts and employees must be listed on the Addendum form - including the  Signatory Authority, Program, Ticketholder (Beneficiary), Suitability, Payment contacts, and all TTW employees.
  • Please submit your Addendum form by February 28, 2018.
  • If you submitted the Addendum incorrectly, please resubmit immediately.
