Reminder: Update to Security Awareness Training Requirement
Social Security Administration sent this bulletin at 02/16/2018 01:30 PM ESTThe deadline for submitting the annual Security Awareness Training certification is February 28, 2018. New this year, all Employment Network (EN) staff are required to complete the Security Awareness Training using the Addendum form.
Failure to complete this form annually will block Ticket Portal access, will result in a hold being placed on your EN and possible termination of your Ticket Program Agreement. All EN staff must review, sign and keep a copy of the individual form (SSA-222) at your EN location.
In addition to signing the individual forms to be kept onsite, an EN representative (either the Signatory Authority or Suitability Contact) must complete the attached Addendum form that lists all staff who have completed the SSA-222 individual form for your EN, and submit it to ENService@ssa.gov by Wednesday, February 28. If your EN only has one contact, a single SSA-222 form should be completed as opposed to the Addendum and sent to ENService@ssa.gov .
Please include your DUNS in the subject of your email. Send questions to ENService@ssa.gov or contact your SSA Specialist for additional information.
A copy of the SSA-222 form and Addendum are attached to this message for your convenience.
