Social Security Announces New Call Center Addressing Suitability Inquiries
Social Security Administration sent this bulletin at 04/07/2016 09:02 AM EDTThe Social Security Administration is pleased to announce a new Call Center charged with addressing eQIP and Suitability inquiries for security clearances. Employment Networks may now speak directly to a Suitability representative to address common questions including: eQIP applicant resets/unlocks, navigational questions, and suitability status checks.
Employment Networks may contact the Call Center at 1-844-874-9940. Business hours are 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET, Monday – Friday.
