EN Profile Information Updated and Beneficiary Satisfaction Briefing Document and Dial-In Information Available
Social Security Administration sent this bulletin at 10/20/2015 11:53 AM EDTAs many of you know, the Office of Research, Demonstration and Employment Support (ORDES) recently released updated information obtained from the 2014 Beneficiary Satisfaction Survey and the 2015 Annual Performance Outcome Report (APOR).
As its name implies, the 2014 Beneficiary Satisfaction Survey was designed to capture insight into beneficiaries’ experiences with their chosen Employment Networks (ENs) by measuring their satisfaction with the services and supports they received. The 2014 survey examined two distinct groups of beneficiaries: 1) a stratified random sample of 27,000 beneficiaries whose tickets have been assigned to an EN for at least three months as of December 31, 2014 and 2) a random sample of 6,000 beneficiaries who had assigned their ticket to an EN and unassigned them within the past year.
The APOR is an annual report that compiles service-related outcome information, as reported by ENs in response to questions posed by ORDES. Data from the APOR informs the “Details” section of the your “Employment Network Profile.” The satisfaction scores of those ENs for which 25 or more respondents (from among those whose tickets are currently assigned) completed the survey are published in their respective EN Profiles.
To view the updated survey and APOR information, please visit choosework.net, click on the “Find Help” tab, locate your EN by name or ZIP code, and click on the “Open EN Profile” button.
ORDES will host a teleconference on October 21 from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. to share general survey results with ENs. A 30-minute question and answer session will be included. The participant dial-in number and conference ID are as follows: Participant Dial-In: 866.538.5701 Conference ID: 64030892
