Announcement: New Email Address for Ticket Portal Help

The Employment Network Service Branch (ENSB) at the Social Security Administration recently launched a new email address. Effective immediately, Employment Networks should send portal inquiries regarding Ticket Portal access to ticketportal@ssa.gov.

Examples of access inquiries include:  

  • Initiating enrollment by notifying Social Security of your SSN and user ID (through encrypted email) once you have met the following requirements: 1) successfully completed the suitability process; 2) have a myssa.gov account with extra security enabled; and 3) have completed your security awareness form
  • Updating your employment status as a requirement for retaining portal access

In addition, please continue to use enservice@ssa.gov for the following inquires:

  • Suitability
  • General questions about the Ticket to Work Program.
  • Questions about your contract or award.
  • Staff changes at your organization.
