Reminder: Secure Provider Portal and IVR Shut Down
Social Security Administration sent this bulletin at 06/23/2015 03:26 PM EDTThe Secure Provider Portal (SPP) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system will be shut off to all users on June 30, 2015.
After this date you will no longer be able to complete any transactions or query in the Secure Provider Portal and must use the new Ticket Portal or manual processes.

If you have general questions about checking Ticket assignment once the IVR is shut down, contact the Systems Help Desk at ENSystemsHelp@yourtickettowork.com or call the help desk at 1.866.949.3687, select option 2 and follow the prompts.
