Reminder: Secure Provider Portal and IVR Shut Down

The Secure Provider Portal (SPP) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system will be shut off to all users on June 30, 2015.

After this date you will no longer be able to complete any transactions or query in the Secure Provider Portal and must use the new Ticket Portal or manual processes.
