Ticket Portal: What you can expect

 The Ticket Portal will go live on June 15, 2015. Individuals will have active access that day that have performed the following:

  • Cleared Suitability;
  • Created a mySSA account with Extra Security;
  • Talked to your Employment Network (EN) or State Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) agency Specialist at Social Security Administration and were enrolled; and
  • Submitted Security Awareness Contractor Personnel Security Certification (if you are an EN).

After June 15, you will no longer be able perform transactions in the current Secure Provider Portal. You will be able to perform queries and transactions in the new Ticket Portal with the exception of responding to Timely Progress Reviews and submitting batch Ticket assignment/VR case opening and closure files, which will be available after June 22. We will announce when these functions are available.

On June 15, those who have active access will be able to perform the below real time transactions in the Ticket Portal:

  1. Check Ticket Assignability;
  2. Request Evidentiary Payments;
  3. Make Individual Assignments and Unassignments/Case Openings and Closures;
  4. Query Tickets assigned or formerly assigned to you; and
  5. Query payments made and pending.

You can also create case notes that will only be visible to your EN or VR.
