We are PROUD to shine light on SSG Carter Lybrand, our Veteran of the Week! Lybrand has served in the South Carolina National Guard for 12 years. When not at drill he is a full-time musician! Lybrand performs for Veteran nonprofits and will soon be working with the Big Red Barn Retreat in Blythewood.

The South Carolina Department of Veterans' Affairs hosted its first Veterans Stakeholders' Meeting where Secretary Will Grimsley laid out the Department's Action Plan for the current fiscal year to increase awareness of services to our State's Veterans and military.
