Tuesday, September 20 | 9:00am-11:00am CDT | REGISTER LOCATION: Emancipation Park Cultural Center (3018 Emancipation Avenue - Houston, TX) This session will begin with a panel discussion with SBA approved lending representatives and mentors/advisors from SBA’s Resource Partner Network. Lenders will discuss how they make loan decisions and steps you can take to mitigate challenges to accessing capital. Resource Partners will discuss how they help small businesses with business planning, market research, finding customers, and more! Attendees will then meet with lenders and mentors in small break-out sessions to answer questions specific to your needs. This event is in collaboration with the Emancipation Economic Development Council (EEDC).

Thursday, September 22 | 10:00am-11:30am CDT | REGISTER Are you READY to pursue financing to start or grow your trucking business? Meet 3 SBA approved lending representatives who lend to the trucking/transportation industry in small break-out sessions. Lenders will discuss how they make loan decisions and steps you can take to mitigate challenges to accessing capital. This virtual event will provide a stepping-stone to building a business banking relationship. Also, meet with SBA Resource Partners who provide business advising at no-cost.

Over 50 lenders of all types will be available for one-on-one 15-minute meetings.
