Business Owners need to know the rules for properly paying and keeping track of employee records. Join us for this important program!
Outreach Specialist, Sarah Decker of the U.S. Department of Labor Wage & Hour Division will go over the requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act, including minimum wage, overtime, child labor and recordkeeping provisions. We will also discuss common issues found, for example misclassification of employees as independent contractors.
