Whole Loan Sales Guidance 

The SBA Office of Financial Assistance announces Procedural Notice 5000-809242 which outlines the extension of guidance to Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Lenders and SBA Employees regarding whole loan sales of PPP loans. This notice is being issued to extend Procedural Notice 5000-809242 through May 1, 2023.
