South Dakota CEO East Women's Business Center Host Grand Opening




On January 12, 2021, the SD CEO East Women's Business Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, hosted by Black Hills State University Foundation, held its grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony. Black Hills State University Foundation is also the host for SD CEO West Women's Business Center, located in Spearfish, South Dakota.  Natalie Madeira Cofield, Assistant Administrator for the Office of Women's Business Ownership, along with Jaime Wood, SBA South Dakota District Director, provided remarks.

The USDOT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program aims to increase the participation of minority and women owned businesses in state and local transportation projects that are funded by the Department through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). Representatives for the DBE programs in South Dakota, North Dakota, and Minnesota will discuss program requirements, benefits to contractors, and opportunities for businesses that participate.  Register at:

Grow with Google: Learn the Basics of Google Ads Webinar
