The SBA Minnesota District Office is hosting a panel discussion on the topic of company culture and how it relates to recruitment and retention in these challenging times.

Sandi Larson, Entrepreneur Fund’s Women’s Business Alliance North’s Director will be our moderator for this hour and a half discussion with several small business owners who’ve created a culture where employees thrive that also benefits the bottom line.

Our panelists include:

  • Mercedes Austin, Mercury Mosaics - a manufacturer of custom tiles and mosaics
  • Kevin Brown, Smart Set - a design and print company
  • John Hobday, Healthcare Interactive - a healthcare training software company
  • Sam Peterson, Kyatchi - a Japanese restaurant with multiple locations
