The Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council and the Office of Management and Budget's Made in America Office are co-hosting a virtual public meeting on August 26, 2021, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET, regarding proposed regulatory actions to strengthen the government's use of Made in America Laws in federal procurement.

Impact of trade agreements
Merits of a value added content calculation and additional proposals for measuring, strengthening, and enforcing content standard
Promoting use of made in America services, additional ideas for narrowing or expanding scope of existing waivers, and any additional comments
