SBA Provided $3.4B To Small Business Owners in Nebraska Through the Paycheck Protection Program in 2020

 

The two rounds of the Paycheck Protection Program loans allowed thousands of Nebraska businesses to stay open in 2020."Through the coordinated effort of our community lenders, economic development organizations and SBA's resource partners, PPP loans reached $3.4B in 2020," says SBA Nebraska District Director Leon Milobar. "This program continues to be essential in 2021, and already 60,000 small businesses nationwide have received PPP loans in the first week of the program re-opening."
