Please join the NJ Small Business Development Center at Rutgers University-Camden  & Richard Stockton University, with the U.S. Small Business Administration New Jersey District Office and the NJ Business Action Center virtually, as we help connect small business owners with lenders and local resources to gain access to capital to Start, Grow, Pivot, and Recover. 

One of the primary challenges facing a new business is obtaining the necessary funding to start or expand the business. This virtual webinar explains the criteria used by lenders to evaluate a potential borrower. Sources of financing will also be explored, including bank and non-bank lenders: the SBA; Micro-lenders; Venture Capitalists; and others. The borrowing basics will be directly tied to the contents of a business plan/loan proposal.
