We’re going to present a systematic way you can pivot your business.  The key is talking with customers.

By changing your value proposition with customer cooperation, you can pivot and take advantage of the new opportunities this year has for all of us.  Just by listening to customers, you can find out what they really care about and make it easy and delightful for them to interact with your business.

We’re going to show you how every customer you’ll ever meet ticks. We’re also going to show you how to find groups of prospective customers online so you can find evidence of their problems right away. Then, we’ll use what we discover to rework our Value Proposition.
