Economic Injury Disaster Loans: What to Do if You Suspect Fraud

If you think you think your data may have been used to secure a fraudulent Economic Injury Disaster Loan, contact the National Center for Disaster Fraud Hotline at 1-866-720-5721 or fill out this Web Complaint Form. Fraud, waste, abuse, or mismanagement of federal funds involving SBA programs, operations, or personnel may also be reported to the SBA OIG Hotline at (800) 767-0385 or via the OIG’s complaint form.
