SBA Hosts Paycheck Protection Program Webinar for Rural Hospitals and Health Care Communities in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska

In concert with the National Rural Health Association and the U.S. Small Business Administration Office of Rural Affairs, Region 7 SBA Administrator Tom Salisbury will host a webinar for Rural Hospitals and Health Care Communities.  Join the webinar:

Monday, May 11 - 10-11 a.m.

The webinar will explore eligibility criteria for forgivable loans through the SBA's Paycheck Protection Program, which can help hospitals retain employees and pay limited operating expenses during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The webinar format will include presentations by the National Rural Health Association (NRHA) and the SBA, and is specifically designed for health care providers in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.  

Presenters will include Maggie Elehwany, Vice President of Government
Affairs and Policy, National Rural Health Association; Dan Nordberg, Director, Office of Rural Affairs, SBA; Tom Salisbury, SBA Regional Administrator for Region 7 and Mike McWhorter, Lead Lender Relations Specialist, Kansas City District SBA Office. Following will be an opportunity for question and answers.
