Wyoming SBA, PTAC to Host Contracting Webinar Series

Free series will feature representatives from F.E. Warren AFB, Bureau of Land Management, National Park Service, Bureau of Reclamation, U.S. Forest Service and U.S. Veterans Administration.

CASPER – The U.S. Small Business Administration Wyoming District Office and the Wyoming Procurement Technical Assistance Center are partnering to host a series of free webinars designed to provide information on upcoming projects and introduce small businesses to federal contracting officers.

The webinars are scheduled as follows:

   • Tues., May 5, 11:00 a.m. MT – Sandy Rutherford, F.E. Warren AFB’s Small Business Specialist will review the base’s small business program and how the base procures goods as well as upcoming opportunities with the Air Force Base. The U.S. Forest Service’s Supervisory Contracts Specialist, Barb Darling, will offer suggestions regarding working with the Forest Service and upcoming projects in Wyoming, South Dakota and Nebraska national forests.    • Wed., May 6, 11:00 a.m. MT – Kelly Palmer, Contracting Officer, Bureau of Land Management, will review doing business with the bureau and upcoming opportunities. Renee Parra, Procurement Analyst, Bureau of Reclamation will provide information regarding working with the Bureau. Those interested may register here.

   • Thurs., May 7, 11:00 a.m. MT – Eric Weisman, Procurement Analyst/Small Business Specialist for the National Park Service and Tamanica Danford Leaf, Small Business Specialist, Veteran’s Administration will review the services’ contracting programs and upcoming opportunities.
