The U.S. Small Business Administration’s Arkansas District Office is partnering with organizations across the state to help highlight and support the hundreds of Veteran Owned Businesses in Arkansas. Our partners will present multiple opportunities for Veterans and Military Spouses during National Veteran Small Business Week 2019 to take their next steps toward starting or growing a Veteran Owned Business. Veteran Small Business Forum- Nov 5

During this forum you’ll be able to share your insights with Rhett Davis, the Small Business Administration’s Regional Advocate. Rhett is responsible for ensuring the concerns of small businesses across Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana are presented to the President and Congress. In addition to sharing your concerns about small businesses the SBA will be present to share opportunities for veteran’s small businesses and how veteran owned small businesses can do business with the federal government.

How to Pitch Like a PRO for Veterans and Military Spouses- Nov 7

Learn how to communicate your business idea and value succinctly and with impact with the Conductor for this FREE one hour workshop to learn how to pitch like a pro. The session is led by Managing Director of the Conductor, Jeff Standridge. The event is part of Veterans Day and is geared for veterans and military spouses.
