The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and Côte d’Ivoire Economic Promotion Office, in partnership with The African and Caribbean Business Council of Greater Philadelphia (ACBC), co-hosts the inaugural Prosper Africa Business Development Forum on November 7 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
