Congratulations to Roya Maher, the 2019 SBA West Virginia Encore-Owned Small Business of the Year. 

Maher is the founder and president of A3L Federal Works located in Fairmont, WV. She was nomiated for the award by Tina Shaw of the Marion County Chamber of Commerce. 

We will celebrate all of our 2019 SBA West Virginia Small Business Week winners during a luncheon on Wednesday, May 8, 2019.
