We will discuss the Introduction of the fundamentals of a Balanced Scorecard Strategy. Will discuss the four perspectives of the scorecard and prepare participants for implementation of the scorecard strategy.Participants will leave with the steps to begin implementing a balanced scorecard in their business. You will also create a strategy map to document the primary strategic goals being pursued in 2019.
