Fee processing and ESTTA, Jan. 19:
Maintenance
on the fee processing system (FPNG) and the Electronic System for Trademark
Trials and Appeals (ESTTA) will occur from 12:01 a.m. to 5 a.m. ET on Friday,
Jan. 19.
During
the maintenance period, payment processing may be intermittently available and
ESTTA will not be available.
Trademark systems, Jan. 20-22:
Maintenance will occur from 10 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 20, to 5:30
a.m. ET on Monday, Jan. 22. The following systems will be affected:
- Trademark Next
Generation ID Manual (TMNG-IDM) will not be available.
- Trademark Official
Gazette (TMOG) will
not be available. You can access recent PDF versions of the gazette on
the Trademark
Official Gazette webpage.
- Trademark Status and
Document Retrieval (TSDR) will be available with reduced functionality.
- Trademark Electronic
Application System (TEAS) initial application forms will not be available.
