We have issued an updated Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Manual of Procedure (TBMP), which describes current practice and procedure under the applicable authority. The new
TBMP is available on the Trademark
Trial and Appeal Board webpage.
The update incorporates amendments to the
Trademark Rules of Practice, Trademark Act and Federal Rules, and relevant case
law between September 30, 2016, and March 3, 2017.
