AAU Contact Center Temporary Closure

The USPTO Application Assistance Unit (AAU) Contact Center will be temporarily closed Wednesday, March 29 from 9:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. The AAU Contact Center will reopen at 1 p.m.

During the closure, AAU customers are advised to email HelpAAU@uspto.gov. They may also leave a voice mail message with their contact information. All email and voice mail messages will be responded to when the AAU Contact Center reopens.
