The Postal Service’s Innovation Pool Fund is an option included in the Postal Service’s Enterprise Project Management Office contract, which allows the Postal Service to earn funding credits based on the total amount it spends on the contract. The purpose of our latest audit was to determine if the USPS properly managed, funded, and executed its Pool Fund in agreement with contractual terms.
