It’s the fourth day of National Women’s Health Week! Today’s step for better health is to eat healthy.

We know it’s not always easy to make smart food choices, especially with your busy schedule. We’re here to help! For National Women’s Health Week, make small changes. Try these simple ideas:

  • Make half of your grains whole.
  • Choose water instead of soda or other sugary drinks.
  • Use a smaller plate at meals to help control your portions.
  • Pick fat-free or low-fat milk, cheeses, and yogurt.

Eating healthy helps you look and feel your best inside and out. It can also help reduce your risk for developing diseases like type 2 diabetes and heart disease. So, pledge to eat healthy during National Women’s Health Week. Try to squeeze in that extra serving of fruit and vegetables today!
