This webinar will walk through the recently released proposed Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Single, Streamlined Application for individuals. The documents include draft paper applications and a list of all potential questions in the online application that individuals will complete to determine their eligibility to purchase coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace and for insurance affordability programs, including Medicaid, the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and advance payments of the premium tax credit (APTC). The documents are available for public comment until February 28, 2013. To show how users may interact dynamically with the online application, CMS has posted two videos demonstrating how an application can be completed.
